The SmartAire Zero Gravity massage chair promises a never-before user experience than its predecessors. | The company claimed its product, SmartAire zero gravity Massage Chair which reclines at a unique torso-to-leg angle of 119° to 133°, purportedly puts the user in a stress-free and virtually weightless position.
Its unique design was inspired by Nasa’s space shuttle seats, that were created by its scientists and doctors to protect the astronauts during spacecraft launches.
Besides spinal alignment correction and back pressure relief, the SmartAire can also help expand the user’s lung capacity and improve blood circulation.
Ogawa World Bhd executive director Louis Chong says every customer should have the right to enjoy good health through its products.
"We are constantly researching on the latest lifestyle trends through market observation and customer feedback at the ground level, so we can provide the best products that suit their needs," he said.
The massage chair not only gives its user a unique zero gravity feel, but is also equipped for some peculiar massaging capabilities.
It has 25 airbags and eight automatic programmes. Besides the standard massage rollers, there is a specially designed S-track that massages according to the shape of the human spine. It also adds an extra soft twin-head massage roller that mimics the human thumb, which provides a more comprehensive multi-plane massaging pattern.
All the massage modes are at the user’s fingertips on a remote control module for easy access.
The SmartAire Zero Gravity Massage Chair is priced at RM13,999.
