Ringgit boost from Sports Toto

SPORTS TOTO has come on board as a sponsor of
theSun Motor Hunt for the first time this year.

The gaming company is giving a cash sponsorship towards the running of the Mother of All Hunts.

"We are proud to be able to support this year’s hunt especially since we come under the same conglomerate, Berjaya Group," said Sports Toto Malaysia deputy general manager Lee Siew Chye when he presented a cheque to theSun’s financial controller Ricky Ng.

"Although our partnership with theSun extends a long way, this is the first time we have come in to support theSun Motor Hunt," said Lee, adding that Sports Toto Malaysia is usually more actively involved in cultural and community events.

"The hunt is a challenging sport which heightens the sense of excitement and adventure every year," said Sports Toto communications manager Emily Tan who was also present.

" This partnership also adds to what we have been giving to the city folks thus far," said Tan adding that during the current economic state, theSun Hunt will help spice up KL city life.

"We wish all participant a great time hunting, while taking the opportunity to re-explore Kuala Lumpur again," said Tan.

Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd is the main sponsor for the event, while the prize sponsor is Samsung.

Other sponsors include HSBC Bank, McDonald’s, Kao Biore, and Northport. Petronas will be sponsoring fuel for the event.

Meanwhile, other co-sponsors and partners include PVSL Sound & Light, Mix FM, Sime Darby Convention Centre, Elken, Milo, Nescafe, Nesvita 3in1 Green Tea, Revive Isotonic, Dentyne, Clorets, Ambipur Car Perfume, Protex Soap, Ava Fabric Softener, Harimau Kuat Dishwashing Liquid, Win Fabricare Powder Detergent, M&M’s, CLEAR Unisex Shampoo, CLEAR Men’s Shampoo, Kenny Rogers Roasters, TESCO, Bata, Sunway and Berjaya Air.
